The IDEM hygiecode coded non contact CMC switch has three switched which connect in series to either SCR-2 or SCR-3 to give dual channel monitoring with auto start and contactor feedback check. There is an optional auxiliary circuit which provides remote signalling from each switch. This CMC IDEM switch has been designed to work with 105C but can go up to 125C; it has also been designed with a stainless steel mirror polish finish Ra4 housing.

The IDEM CMC is specifically designed for food processing applications with EHEDG guidelines for food splash zone which is suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning. This CMC has been designed to industry standards with a slim 20mm wide hosing which can be fitted in narrow channels, with the M12 versions you have quick connect and 250mm (10”) cable and a switching tolerance up to 14mm.
